Decolorant is a kind of cationic quaternary ammonium salt polymer decolorizing compound, which can dissolve pigment, interfacial active agent and other water-soluble substances in wastewater, commonly known as dicyandiamide formaldehyde condensate.

Application
BimudcPro series decolorant is widely used in chemical industry, iron and steel, metallurgy, printing and dyeing, pharmacy, leather making, coal washing, coking, chemical fertilizer, oil refining, electroplating, coal chemical industry and other wastewater treatment.
Adding and controlling
- Dilute the product with 10-40 times of water, then directly add it into the sewage, stir for a few minutes, and then carry out sedimentation or air flotation to obtain the decolorized clear liquid;
- The pH value of wastewater should be adjusted to 7-10 first;
- When the chroma and COD of wastewater are high, it can be used with coagulant
Attention
1. Special dosing equipment shall be provided. Since the decolorizer can react with other reagents to form precipitation, each reagent shall be equipped with dosing device; If there are no conditions, it can be replaced by self-made simple dosing device;
2. Dosing shall be carried out according to the dosing sequence. It is suggested to set up agitator (or in front of pipeline pump) at the dosing point to strengthen the coagulation effect;
3. During commissioning, the effect shall be determined according to the clarity and chroma of the supernatant of the sedimentation tank;
4. The dosage of large-scale test reagent may be less than that of small-scale test reagent, which is caused by operating system error and belongs to normal;
5. If the dosage of decolorizer changes greatly during operation, a small test shall be conducted again to determine whether the composition of sewage has obvious changes, and the dosage shall be adjusted in time according to the situation.
